About Our Foundation
FurEver Neighbors Foundation, Inc. is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation working toward affordable, pet-friendly housing for seniors, veterans, and other qualifying households.
Founder Thomas Reichhardt brings 29 years of public service experience, including work as a building inspector for the City of Monterey Park. The Foundation seeks experienced housing developers, nonprofit organizations, and service providers to help turn its mission into practical projects.
Where We Are Today
We are in the planning and partnership-building stage, evaluating potential properties and financing options. This website is an introduction to our mission, not an announcement of completed or funded housing.
We are seeking a fiscal sponsor, experienced development partners, property opportunities, and early supporters. Housing availability and application information will be announced when a project is ready.
